We are currently seeking a proactive, results-driven sales assistant to join the store team. If you’d love to be part of a high-performing team providing world-class service, we’d love to have you join us!
The role
Our sales assistants are our brand ambassadors and the essential link between our products and our customers. Coached by store management, they lead store success by influencing sales, excelling in customer service, and sharing their knowledge of the product and brand. The store teams shape the look, feel, and atmosphere of their store. Our stores are often busy, so enjoying a fast-paced retail sales floor environment is essential.

What to expect from the role
* Build the bond between our brand and our customers by answering queries, providing exemplary service, and adapting your approach based on individual needs.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets using effective selling skills, focusing on up-selling, UPT, ATV, and productivity.
* Learn and confidently share PANDORA product knowledge to maximize sales and provide an unforgettable customer experience.
* Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data through e-receipts.
* Complete PANDORA online training modules to develop yourself further with the support of your store manager.
* Lead by example; coach and train newer team members.
* Maintain high store standards through merchandising and cleanliness.
* Operate the till system, handling transactions including returns and exchanges.
The successful candidate
We seek passionate, motivated team players who enjoy styling PANDORA jewelry in their own way and sharing their ideas with customers. A love for our products is vital!
Ideal candidates will have:
* Strong selling skills; retail experience in consumer products is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent communication skills; confident in initiating contact and articulating clearly in English.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
* A positive, “can-do” attitude and team spirit.
* Customer-focused mindset; caring about interactions with customers.
* Flexible approach; working on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and bank holidays.
