About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solutions Sales Director to lead the sales of complex technological products and services across multiple industries and regions. This is a senior role requiring strong technical understanding, strategic thinking, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales of complex technology solutions to enterprise customers across various markets
* Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and deliver tailored client solutions
* Optimize account coverage and support sales teams to generate new business opportunities
* Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, understanding their strategies and needs
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
* Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market insights for senior management
* Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
* Provide first‑line technical support and work closely with stakeholders on ongoing projects
* Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to clients
* Lead and guide sales teams by aligning priorities with business goals
* Travel internationally (30–40%) for client meetings, trade shows, and business development
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions


Required Skills & Experience

* Minimum 10+ years of experience in technical or solutions sales
* Proven track record of selling complex products/services
* Strong experience with CRM tools
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
* Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
* Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills
* Leadership experience with the ability to guide and influence teams
* Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting and client engagement
* Excellent time management and problem‑solving abilities
