MPI are looking for PERMANENT Service & Advanced Pumps Repairs Engineers for our client based in London
Location
Ideally London, but will consider Kent, Surrey, Southampton, Reading, Oxford etc.
Hours
Typically, start at 8 and finish at 4:30; however, this is work dependent. Anything over 9 hours a day is paid at overtime rates.

About the role
In your role as Service & Advanced Repairs Engineer you will provide all aspects of on-site servicing, repairs and installation works covering domestic and commercial contracts throughout the UK. On call duty and standby will be required on a rotary basis to allow for 24/7 service cover.
Key Responsibilities
* Understand and adhere to all aspects of Health and Safety, Risk Assessments and Method Statements
* Maintaining accurate data using a mobile device (customer, asset & contract information)
* Carrying out site surveys and providing relevant information to the office
* Actively be aware of opportunities to promote Client’s Services
* Perform Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
* Perform advanced fault finding and repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
* Assist with on-site installation of pumps and pressurised systems
* Complete and submit all required paperwork
* Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary actions
* Provide accurate information to the relevant department or Manager
* Provide training and guidance to colleagues
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
* Servicing and Commissioning of pumps and pressurised systems
* Advanced fault finding and minor repairs of pumps and pressurised systems
* Knowledge of pumps and pressurised systems
* UK Driving Licence
* Organised and self‑motivated
* Attention to detail
* Customer focused
* A pleasant and friendly ‘can do’ attitude
* Health and Safety training required for the role
* Good time keeping
* Be flexible and adaptable
Knowledge and Skills to Develop
