We are looking to recruit a Weekend Café Supervisor to work closely with the Café Kitchen Manager to manage and develop a vibrant community café within the The Bale House Visitor Centre at Hastings Country Park known for its outstanding views, beauty and rare flora and fauna.
You will provide a welcoming front‑of‑house service, delivering excellent customer service and quality food and beverages to the local community and visitors. In the absence of the manager, you will supervise and lead the team of café assistants to ensure the smooth running of the café, including managing rosters, handling absences, and providing feedback.
Qualifications: Ideally, you will have experience and knowledge of catering/café operations, food preparation, and staff supervision.

Hours negotiable: 16‑24 per week, annualised.
