Hugely successful boutique luxury property firm that works with UHNW clients is looking for a dynamic Office Coordinator / Marketing Executive, someone who thrives in a role that blends creative energy with operational precision. This is not your average marketing or admin job. One moment you’ll be designing sleek digital brochures or editing a reel for socials, the next you’ll be coordinating diaries, managing listings, or fine-tuning client communications. It’s a fast-paced, hands-on role in a small, ambitious team where no two days are the same.

You’ll be responsible for:

\n\t
* Creating standout marketing content across digital, print, and social
\n\t
* Managing the company website, newsletters, and brand assets
\n\t
* Ensure brand consistency across all materials and platforms
\n\t
* Supporting day-to-day property operations: scheduling, client liaison, compliance, and CRM updates
\n\t
* Maintaining high standards across all client touchpoints
\n\t
* Provide ad hoc technical support (Microsoft 365 admin, general troubleshooting).
\n\t
* Upload property listings to portals (Zoopla, Rightmove) and maintain CRM (Reapit).
\n
\n\n
What we’re looking for:
\n\n
\n\t
* 2+ years in a creative or marketing role (ideally in property, luxury, or boutique environments)
\n\t
* Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, social media, and CRM tools
\n\t
* Exceptionally organised with strong communication skills
\n\t
* Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and happy to wear many hats
