Senior Financial Accountant – Data Centre Platform (London)
We are partnering with a high-growth London-based data centre and digital infrastructure business as they continue to scale across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified ACA/ACCA to step into industry within a capital-intensive, fast-paced environment.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will support core financial reporting and control processes while gaining exposure to commercial contracts, infrastructure expansion and financing activity.
You will take responsibility for key areas of the month-end and year-end close, support statutory reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP, and work closely with auditors and advisors. The role offers exposure to technical accounting matters (revenue, leases, financing), with guidance from senior members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Support statutory reporting and audit processes
Own defined areas of the month-end and year-end close
Assist with technical accounting analysis and documentation
Support budgeting and performance reporting
Contribute to strengthening controls and reporting processes
Provide financial insight to operational stakeholders
About You
ACA/ACCA qualified (Big 4 or top-tier trained preferred)
Strong IFRS grounding from audit
Experience with large, asset-heavy or infrastructure clients advantageous
Technically strong but keen to broaden commercial exposure
Ambitious and looking to build toward Finance Manager level
Package
Circa £75K + 20% bonus
