What you ’ll do: Prepare and serve beverages Make high-quality coffees (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.), teas, and other drinks following company recipes and standards. Deliver excellent customer service Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, handle payments, and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Maintain product knowledge Understand menu items, ingredients, and allergens to confidently answer customer queries and make recommendations. Operate coffee equipment Use and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene Keep the café, workstations, and equipment clean and compliant with food safety and health regulations. Handle cash and transactions Process payments using tills or POS systems accurately and responsibly. What we ’re looking for: Knowledge of food handling. Attention to detail.
