Responsibilities:
* Building and managing an engaged network of senior candidates within the Marketing and sales industries
* Conducting senior-level searches and market maps
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
* Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
* Managing complex negotiations
* Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
* Positively promote the 11 brand in the market
* This role is not responsible for work origination

* Demonstrated success in delivering against large individual revenue targets
* You have successfully delivered on senior-level searches
* Come from a 360 recruitment background
* Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
