Salary: £55,000 base salary + £6,000 annual bonus for Outstanding Ofsted rating

Essential:
Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare already achieved
5+ years experience in childrens residential care
At least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
A strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory compliance
Proven success achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
Desirable:
Additional training in therapeutic models or child psychology
Experience working with children with EBD in a solo or small group home
Level 5 In Children's Residential Care
Youll also need:
Resilience, vision and a commitment to quality
Strong leadership and people skills
A full manual driving licence
Flexibility to be part of the on-call rota
Ambition to grow into a group leadership role
