We are looking for an ITIL Service Architect for a 12 Months contract based in Bristol (3 days per week in the office) on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs.
Purpose of the Role:
As ITIL Service Architect you will work with principal stakeholders across the business, design and build operational and service management capability designing services to support critical business functions and services.
As a ITIL Service Architect you will be responsible for:
1. Work with the Service and Operate capability to collaboratively define and oversee the design of services with principal stakeholders.
2. Work closely with individual suppliers and a Matrix supply chain to define services in accordance with business service owners current service and operational portfolio.
