About Native Manchester
Ducie Street Warehouse, which houses our Native Manchester location, was one of four iconic warehouses from Manchesters industrial past and the only one still standing today.Our spectacular property featuring 193 luxury serviced apartments is located just 2 minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly and 5 minutes from tram stops.
Join our 24-hour on-site reception team as a Guest Services Assistant,playing a crucial part in the delivery of the guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the front office, ensuring revenue is maximised at all times and that service exceeds our guest expectations.
We are looking for a motivated hospitality enthusiast to join our Operations Team in Manchester. Reporting to our Operations Manager, you will work behind the scenes to ensure that guests experience the best service possible. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our property. The Operations Coordinator needs to ensure the smooth running of these areas, and ensure it is profitable and maintains consistent high standards of service and delivery, creating momentous memories and exceeding the guests expectations at every opportunity.
In this role, you will: work closely with the Operations Manager in order to ensure sales are optimised
by achieving budgeted occupancy & room rates.
work closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisors to ensure ordering is
in line with business levels and rotas are productive.
ensure billing and control of revenues are maintained at all times.
be fully entrepreneurial in exploring all sales opportunities through up-selling
techniques.
be aware of daily and weekly business levels, and up to date on arrival/departure
figures for all relevant departments.
understand and adhere to any payment handling and safe protocols and reception
financial controls SOPs at all times.
follow the right stock ordering procedures.
complete par stocks of equipment and stationary that will help to maintain the
smooth running of the department and necessary standards.
training and development for employees in Front Office
develop a close working relationship with all departments, colleagues and
managers to ensure guest expectations are met

Previous experience in the hospitality industry (preferably from a housekeeping, front office, guest relations, or operations related background)
