This role will support multiple planned works contracts across the Yorkshire and North East regions, ensuring documentation is managed efficiently and accurately across all project phases. ?? Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain project documentation for multiple contracts. Ensure all documents are correctly filed, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. Liaise with project teams to ensure timely updates and compliance with documentation standards. Support audits and reporting requirements by providing accurate document records. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to streamline document workflows. ? Requirements: Proven experience as a Document Controller in a construction or infrastructure environment. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in document management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. ??
