We're partnering with three fast-growing, challenger D2C brands in the fashion and jewellery space; all part of a dynamic, creative retail group experiencing rapid growth. With combined eCommerce sales of over £15 million and exciting plans for retail expansion, this is a brilliant time to join the business.
We're looking for a CRM Manager to take ownership of the group's customer marketing strategy across all brands. This is a brand-new role, giving you the autonomy to build the CRM function from scratch and bring it in-house.
You'll lead on lifecycle marketing, email, and customer retention. You'll create a joined-up, data-driven approach that delivers genuine ROI.
What You'll Do:
Own the CRM strategy across three exciting D2C brands.
Lead on email marketing; from campaign planning to creative and analysis.
Develop customer lifecycle journeys and retention strategies.
Analyse performance and identify opportunities to grow ROI.
Work closely with marketing and eCommerce teams to deliver engaging campaigns.
Introduce new channels such as SMS and Direct Mail over time.

2-3+ years in CRM or email marketing, ideally within D2C or fashion eCommerce.
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar).
Commercial mindset and strong analytical skills.
Creative, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
