We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to join our clients dynamic team. This role is central to the smooth running of our operations and offers a varied workload across administration, operations, finance, and health & safety. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, a team player, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor operatives, vehicles, equipment, and teams in real time; report and resolve issues
2. Handle day-to-day office administration and customer service tasks
3. Manage emails, calls, and CRM records professionally and efficiently
4. Organise daily diaries, schedules, and upload job data for operatives
5. Raise quotes, purchase orders, and invoices; assist with purchase ledger tasks
6. Conduct vehicle and machinery checks; liaise with garages for servicing
7. Oversee PPE and clothing matrix; ensure compliance and updates
Skills and Experience:
8. Strong communication and customer service skills
9. Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
10. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
11. Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
12. Experience with CRM systems and purchase ledger processes
13. Confident handling emails and phone calls
