Key Responsibilities:
* Rent Collection for all property across the commercial, residential and ground rent portfolio. This responsibility will include:
* Preparation and Issuing of all Rent Demands.
* Credit Control and advising on recovery of Rental Arrears.
* Assisting with Commercial Lettings, Lease Renewals and Rent Reviews across the portfolio as required.
* Management of the Ground Rent Portfolio. This includes all enquiries, processing of Tenant Applications and preparing recommendations for approval by the Line Manager.
* Updating the Property Management Database (Qube).
* Preparing Financial Reports as required by the Line Manager / Finance Team. This will include Arrears Reporting and Bespoke Reports from Qube.
* Assisting with the Insurance Renewal and preparing Tenant Re Charges.
* Preparation of Service Charge Budgets.
* Reconciliation and administration of all Service Charges.
* Managing Contractors for Building Repairs within agreed budgets. Administrating the payment of Contractors.
* Other duties as required by the Line Manager.
Assisting with the Management of External Clients and their Reporting.
