Join a team that’s transforming lives. Atrium Healthcare is recruiting on behalf of a client for experienced Senior Support Workers to support children with EBD and mental health challenges.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Registered Manager to ensure a safe home environment
* Support children emotionally and behaviourally
* Lead by example and mentor junior staff
* Create care plans tailored to each child’s needs
Qualifications
NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential
Driving licence & car
Experience in residential childcare
Patience, compassion, and strong safeguarding awareness
