Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for a nurturing and experienced Baby Room Leader to join our team. As a Baby Room Leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to infants aged 3-24 months.
At Banana Moon, we understand the unique needs of babies and the importance of creating a secure and stimulating environment for their development. Our Baby Room Leader plays a key role in ensuring that babies receive the highest quality of care and attention during their crucial early stages.
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the Baby Room, creating a nurturing and stimulating environment
* Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support babies' development
* Provide personal care, including feeding, diapering, and naptime routines
* Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring effective communication and providing regular updates on their child's progress
* Supervise and support the development of room staff, providing guidance and training
* Ensure compliance with all nursery policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
Your Requirements:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
* Experience working with babies aged 0-18 months
* Strong knowledge of child development in the early years
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead and inspire a team
* Passion for providing nurturing care and support to infants
