If you’re new to lettings or sales, we offer a 2-week trial period with full hands-on training directly from Aidan, who has 7 years of experience in lettings... During this trial:. - You still earn commission on every deal you close. - You’ll learn how to handle clients, run viewings, and close deals. - To secure a full-time position, you must close a minimum of 5 deals.. Key Responsibilities. - Speaking with clients and matching them to suitable rooms. - Conducting property viewings. - Managing enquiries and following up leads. - Closing deals efficiently. - Working from the office alongside the team.. Earnings & Commission. - Earn approximately £220 per room rented. - Additional income through sourcing fees. - Realistic target: 10 rooms per month = £2,200+. - Uncapped earning potential..
