About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide tailored support for secondary-aged pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour. The successful Teaching Assistant will help create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment while building positive relationships that encourage confidence, independence, and emotional regulation.
