An excellent opportunity has come up for a Multisite Manager to help manage 6 Children Homes across West Sussex for 12 months. This is for an establish organisation, that has a ‘Good’ Ofsted regulated service ensuring the highest standards of service are delivered. In keeping with the company ethos, the Regional Manager will be focused on quality, excellent service delivery, business development and the drive for commercial success. This role does require somebody who has been a Children’s Home Manager/deputy manager with proven Ofsted experience and running a team in the past!
