You must have a clean driving license with access to a vehicle, as well as the ability to work independently or as part of a team. You should be comfortable with manual work and flexible with working hours, including out-of-hours availability. What the job involves This role requires you to maintain a safe and clean environment across housing estates throughout the Borough. You will perform cleaning and basic ground maintenance tasks, monitor utility meters, and address health and safety issues. Additionally, you will liaise with contractors, support estate inspections, address resident concerns, and respond to out-of-hours emergencies.
