About the Service: The Walsall Right 4 Children programme aims to ensure children are in the right environment with the right support, promoting safety, happiness, and learning. We are hiring two positions:
1. Permanent Adolescent Service Hub Worker - Ref CHHU000900
2. 12-month fixed-term Adolescent Service Hub Worker
Salary: G7: Grade 7, pts 22-27 (28-33), plus 10% unsocial hours allowance per annum.
About the Role: The service supports adolescents aged 8-18 with complex needs, focusing on intensive family work to promote family strengths and relationships, and disrupt harm. We deliver services through the Ambit model, emphasizing Mentalisation, with a multidisciplinary team including hub workers and clinical specialists such as Speech and Language Therapists.
Requirements: Experience in intensive family support, adaptability, and a passion for working with young people and families. The role involves safeguarding responsibilities, including DBS checks and compliance with the Government’s Code of Practice on the English Language Fluency Duty.
