The opportunity:
Our client is looking for an experienced and results-driven manufacturing leader to oversee operations across machining, pressing and assembly. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive process improvement, operational efficiency and a culture of continuous excellence. This is a hands-on leadership role, offering the chance to transform traditional manufacturing practices and create lasting impact across the business.
Responsibilities:
Leading a team of 50 across manufacturing, engineering and procurement functions
Implementing lean and process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality and output
Driving manufacturing performance, cost reduction and profitability
Championing a culture of engagement, innovation and continuous learning
Ensuring operational standards deliver world-class quality, yield and customer satisfactionThe person:
