We are looking to appoint a Logistics and Export Coordinator to support a busy manufacturing facility.
You will be:
working office based Monday-Thursday 8am-04:30pm, Friday 8am-02.30pm
liaising with sales team for processing sales orders
ensuring compliance with import and export regulations
generating shipping documents for clearance purposes and for shipment of dangerous goods
calculating freight costs
booking freight for UK and overseas shipments using transportation by sea, air and Land
using systems for picking and dispatching orders and daily invoicing as well as booking-in customer returns
completing general administration and filing of departmental informationYou will need:
knowledge of export processes, documentation and overseas customs requirements
