Commercial Finance Manager
Location: Bedfordshire (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Up to £75,000 + 20% Bonus + Benefits

The Role As Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a key business partner to operational leaders, providing insight, challenge, and support to drive performance and continuous improvement.
You will:
* Develop and refine performance reporting, ensuring key operational and financial metrics are clearly defined, meaningful, and drive action
* Partner on transformation and improvement initiatives, evaluating financial impact and helping prioritise projects that deliver the greatest commercial benefit
* Support planning processes, contributing to budgeting and forecasting with a strong understanding of operational drivers
* Deliver clear, insight-led analysis to support decision-making across areas such as pricing, cost efficiency, and operational improvements
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, providing both support and constructive challenge
* Champion robust financial governance and ensure initiatives are delivered within an appropriate control framework
About You We are looking for a commercially minded finance professional who can operate effectively in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment.
You will likely have:
* Proven experience in a fast-paced, change-oriented business (retail, FMCG, logistics, or similar)
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insight
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity
* Experience supporting transformation, performance improvement, or operational finance
* A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
