We have a new Permanent job vacancy.
This is a Monday-Friday position, working day shifts, HELLO WEEKENDS!!!!!!
Staffline are keen to speak with experienced Hygiene, cleaning, caretaker operatives, who have worked within the food manufacturing industry.
This is a varied and physical role, and in a fast-paced environment.
Some tasks will be outdoors!
In your new role as a Hygiene Operative:
The role will require you to deliver and demonstrate the following competencies:
1. To operate and maintain effective cleaning schedules.
2. Assisting in monthly Internal GMP audits and also helping to meet site accreditations.
3. Complete relevant hygiene records
4. Carry out cleaning operations in accordance with hygiene schedules.
5. Report to Team Leader at start of shift for any special cleaning instructions.
6. Maintain hygiene equipment in a serviceable condition and report any damage or faults.
7. Complete relevant training when required.
8. Jet washing
9. Cleaning and clearing debris from communal external and internal areas
10. Moving and lifting
11. Liaise with all departments across the site.
12. Dealing with and rectifying defects raised from site inspections
To be considered for the role as Hygiene operative:
13. Manual Handling expereince
14. Food safety qualification, Desirable
15. Forklift truck Counterbalance licence, Desirable
16. Experience of maintaining a clean operating environment, working in a fast moving Food Manufacturing environment.
17. Working to Targets
18. Clear understanding of ISO 9001/BRC, Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene, HACCP, COSHH and pest control and familiarity with relevant food legislation, Desirable

Salary £26000
40hr week
26 days annual leave
