Role Overview:
You'll be a commercial leader of your very own Pizzeria, with entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to spot opportunities to drive sales while building strong links with your local community. This is a dynamic commercial role with plenty of scope to make it your own. Lead a multichannel business, inspire and motivate your team, and achieve KPIs through effective leadership.

1. Drive the financial success of your Pizzeria through strategic and commercial initiatives.
2. Uphold high standards of quality and safety.
3. Build and lead a high-performing team through effective recruitment, training, and management.
4. Exceed customer expectations with outstanding service.
5. Manage day-to-day operations, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
Who you are:
1. Experience in management within a customer-facing sector, ideally hospitality.
2. A natural leader who can motivate a team.
3. Exceptional P&L management skills.
4. Creative, autonomous, and responsible.
