Our client, a well-established and highly successful estate agencyis currently looking for a Valuer to join their team in the Caerphilly area.
A great opportunity to have a more flexible role that offers uncapped earnings, that's not to be missed!
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Every other Saturday
Our clients are offering the successful Valuer:
* £20,000 - £27,500 Basic
* £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
* Company Car
* Work from home

Valuer requirements:
* Highly experienced within property sales
* Be motivated and driven
* Good knowledge of the local area
* Great communication skills both written and verbal
* Excellent customer service skills
* A full and clean UK driving license
Key tasks of a Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
* Provide accurate market valuations for potential seller's properties
* Be a brand ambassador operating in an allocated territory
* Engage and support customers throughout their journey
* Build a relationship and be the customer's key point of contact through the entire sales process
