Product Manager | 2 days a week in a Central Bristol office | Salary Range: £50-70k

They’re currently a team of ten and want to hire the first dedicated Product Manager to their amazing team of people in Bristol (the calibre in the team is exceptional!). After launching in early 2024, they’ve already built an impressive customer base & significant revenue generation. Their next step is to develop their suite of products further as they look to cover new areas within the renewable energy sector.
You’ll be working on a range of exciting projects and will ideally have particular strengths in the discovery aspects of the product role; leading on customer discovery, requirement gathering and building deep & engaged relationships with customers.
They’re looking for someone who genuinely sees the user needs and can create resilient processes that best enable amazing product development. You’ll also have experience of working on complex products that are deployed across multiple platforms and the ability to explain complex technical elements in concise terms.

What you’ll need
Strong experience in a Product role and highly accomplished on the discovery area of product management
Strong user research and requirement gathering skills
Excellent ability to develop rapport with customers and develop engaged & fruitful relationships
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment that can be ever-changing – if you’re currently working in a slow, large-scale organisation and it’s not for you, then this could be the change of pace that you are looking for
Experience of working on multi-platform software products
Ideally you will have worked on complex technical products
Highly collaborative and enthusiastic about working on a hybrid-working basis alongside amazing colleagues a couple of days a week in Bristol!
A strong user-focus; building products that focus on how they will impact the most important people – the users!!
The desire to work alongside other exceptional people & solve intellectually challenging engineering problems
A passion for environmentally-focussed products or developing clever solutions for society-wide issues
