Are you a strategic operator who lives at the intersection of culture, creators, and commerce? This Senior Influencer & Affiliate Lead role is your chance to shape how a major consumer brand shows up through creators, social commerce, and advocacy programmes across the UK.
You'll lead the influencer and affiliate ecosystem end‐to‐end — overseeing two specialist reports, ensuring agency excellence, elevating creator partnerships, and driving measurable commercial impact across social platforms.
What you'll own
* Manage the overarching influencer, affiliate, and social‐commerce strategy for the brand.
* Lead and mentor two direct reports across influencer activity and affiliate‐led creator commerce.
* Oversee agencies across influencer, affiliate, and creator management — ensuring outstanding delivery, clear objectives, and platform‐best practice.
* Drive high‐impact creator campaigns that enhance brand relevance, cultural visibility, and product credibility.
* Guide TikTok Shop and affiliate programmes, ensuring strong optimisation, performance tracking, and commercial growth.
* Own senior‐level reporting across creator activity, campaign effectiveness, GMV, KPIs, and cultural impact.
* Collaborate closely with PR, Social, and Brand teams to integrate creator storytelling across channels.
* Champion long‐term creator relationships that communicate authenticity, performance, and brand values.
What you'll bring
* 5–7+ years' experience in influencer marketing, creator commerce, or digital advocacy.
* Leadership experience — managing multiple workstreams, agencies, and junior talent.
* Strong strategic instinct with hands‐on ability across performance reviews, creator content, and commercial tracking.
* Deep understanding of culture, social trends, and the UK influencer landscape.
* Comfortable navigating both creative and commercial priorities.
