Salary:£56,000-£66,000 dependant on experience
Full time: 35 Hours per week
10% Management Scheme Bonus

This roleis responsible forthe delivery of change initiatives or workstreams of larger complex change initiatives, employing theappropriate identifieddeliverymethodology(e.g. waterfall or agile). You will be working with business leads, business stakeholders and where appropriatePrincipleDelivery Leads, to define, plan, and deliver the defined outcomesinlinewith business & performance unit strategies.
Howyou’llhelp us make health happen:
1. Leadership of the planning, shaping and management of change initiatives or workstreamsin linewith the identified deliverymethodologyto deliver defined business benefits & outcomes.Including creating and managing optimised project plans, budgets, critical successfactorsand key milestones for all workstreams.
2. Lead the appropriate project and workstream teams in a matrix approach, (where appropriate in conjunction with Principle Delivery Leads) negotiating and influencing with resource managers to ensure they are optimised to achieve the agreed outcomes, for example; Heads of Change & Transformation delivery on the Identification and management of the necessary change resource, and business leads on the Identification and management of the necessary business resources &SME’s, and IT managers to ensure IT resources are planned for and used effectively.
3. Ensure high quality and challenging relationships with Executive Sponsors and Business Leads (and other senior leaders across the business) to achieve effective and efficient delivery of the defined business outcomes. Adapting your style to match the demands of situations.
4. Encourage effective working relationships with colleagues across Bupa and third parties, motivating them to gain their commitment, support and resource to deliver project work.
5. Effectively engage and manage vendors, focussing on strong delivery capability and cost efficiency opportunities for the initiative as well as Bupa holistically.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
6. Experience in business and IT change to drive significant business benefits.
7. Results oriented and focussed on adding value to Bupa. Strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness.
8. Must be able todemonstratestrong stakeholder management skills across a wide range of different senior stakeholders, including Board level reporting.
9. Must be able to thrive in pressurised environments, with a clear approach to decision making and tenacious approach to problem solving, constantlysearchingand striving for effective solutions.
10. Experience of working in a regulated (FCA/CQC) and compliance led environment is desirable.
11. Must have a tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly striving for effective solutions with the customer at the heart of everything.
