Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Private Client Solicitor to join our esteemed legal practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of private client matters, including wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while providing tailored legal advice.
Duties
* Advise clients on a range of private client matters, including wills, trusts and estate planning.
* Prepare and draft legal documents such as wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
* Manage the administration of estates, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.
* Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices within private client law.
Skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to convey complex legal concepts clearly.
* High level of attention to detail in drafting documents and managing case files.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines.
