Key Responsibilities:As Events Manager, you'll play a key role in leading the department and delivering exceptional guest experiences:
* Oversee the Events Department in the absence of senior leadership
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and sales planning
* Manage team rotas, holidays and workload distribution
* Lead team briefings and foster a positive working environment
* Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth delivery from start to finish
* Communicate all event details clearly to operational teams
