Head Residential Surveyor (North West and Midlands)

With a reputation for professionalism and a strong pipeline of work, they're now looking for a motivated RICS-qualified surveyor to step into a leadership role.

What you'll be doing:
* Lead & develop a small team of talented surveyors
* Hands-on involvement with larger and more complex residential instructions
* Oversee quality control through audits and report reviews
* Organise and deliver in-house training & professional development
* Monitor CPD progression across the team
* Ensure health & safety compliance for surveyors in the field
What we're looking for:
* Strong experience in residential building surveying
* Current RICS membership (AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to lead, mentor and inspire
* A detail-driven approach and knowledge of relevant legislation
