Salary: £23,810 - £25,157 per annum
Access Creative College is on the lookout for a Games Lecturer to join our Norwich Campus. This is a vital role at the heart of our learner experience — leading student cohorts and driving outcomes while delivering high-quality education in a creative and forward-thinking environment.
What we’re looking for:
* Deliver engaging sessions in Traditional Art, Digital Art, and Concept Art across a variety of levels and modules.
* Lead modules including:
o Character & Environment Design
o World Creation
o Graphic Narrative and Visual Storytelling
o Games Design and Analysis
* Support learners through creative project work from planning through to realisation.
* Contribute to the ongoing development of curriculum materials, including lesson planning and assessment.
* Foster a positive classroom culture that supports creativity, independence, and industry readiness.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage the creation of schematics of work, session plans, and assessment administration.
* Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a related subject area and Maths and English qualifications at level 2 or above. A teaching qualification is desirable; if you don’t have one, we will pay for you to obtain one and provide study time.
