What can you expect from the role? Due to planned business growth, our King's Lynn store is looking for its next Assistant Store Manager to help lead and support our dedicated team of 15 colleagues. In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to drive performance, maintain high operational standards, and ensure a positive and productive working environment. We're looking for someone who is strong-willed, resilient, and passionate about motivating others. You’ll need to be confident in leading by example, making clear decisions, and handling challenges with a proactive mindset.
