Support cashflow forecasting, treasury, and working capital management. Ensure strong internal controls and HMRC compliance, including VAT Partner with operational teams, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions. Drive continuous improvement across finance systems, processes, and reporting. Who we're looking for: Newly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with strong management accounting experience. Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning key finance processes. A proactive communicator who enjoys working across teams and supporting business growth.
