Salary: AMNL £44,159 to £76,280 (below ST3 on 3 August 2016); CADT £61,825 to £70,425 (at or above ST3 on 3 August 2016).
Post duration up to 4 years (full-time) or up to 6 years (part-time).
The Faculty of Medicine, supported by University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, wishes to appoint an NIHR Clinical Lecturer in Anaesthetics or Medical Oncology.
You will develop your research and teaching within the Faculty of Medicine, University of Southampton, and have clinical commitments at University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust, leading to further clinical skills and full registration within the specialty.
Applicants should have a higher research degree (or be submitting one), relevant research experience, and a track record of high-quality research publications. Candidates should be at least ST3 and have substantial experience in relevant research areas, hold or be eligible for an NTN, and succeed at benchmarking.
The post is subject to the terms of service of the University of Southampton and the University Hospital Southampton Foundation Trust.
