Job Description:
The Strategic Initiatives Office is a dedicated team responsible for planning, implementing, and managing change management across GDO, with a focus on strategic initiatives. The office sets standards and works closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective change implementation for benefits realization.
The Senior Manager for Change Management plays a key role in establishing standards and guidance for successful change. They are responsible for deploying the change approach of the Strategic Initiatives Office, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to processes, systems, technology, roles, and structures. They apply the Prosci change management process and tools to develop strategies and plans that maximize adoption and minimize resistance.

* Proven experience in change management, delivering large-scale transformations from design to BAU handover.
* Strategic thinking, designing engaging communications and training programs.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Experience leading and managing teams and projects.
What will be your key responsibilities?
* Design and lead the change strategy and plan for the office, establishing standards and guidance, and managing performance and results.
* Maintain the change methodology, tools, and reporting, ensuring alignment with relevant offices.
* Lead change initiatives using Mars Prosci methodology, covering planning, communication, training, and stakeholder management.
* Increase awareness of the office's offerings among stakeholders and the wider change network.
* Provide proactive change support, assessing and mitigating risks.
* Collaborate with project management to integrate change activities into plans.
* Coach senior leaders as change sponsors and support managers through transitions.
* Manage change impact overview to inform decisions, mitigate saturation, and track results.
