We’re on the hunt for a talented Senior Account Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships, delivering impactful campaigns, and staying ahead of digital and design trends.
As part of a full-service agency, you’ll work across a B2C clients – managing integrated and advertising campaigns. You’ll be the go-to client contact, trusted to steer accounts with clear strategy and energy, while collaborating with a creative and supportive team.
🔑 What you’ll be doing
* Managing a portfolio of UK clients, delivering innovative, advertising campaigns.
* Leading projects from concept to delivery across TV, advertising and integrated campaigns
* Acting as the main client contact, building long-term partnerships and growing accounts
* Working closely with internal teams (Account Directors, Producers, Creatives) to scope, resource, and deliver projects on time and on budget
* Creating clear, persuasive presentations and pitching confidently to clients
* Spotting opportunities to expand client relationships and introduce new agency services

* Proven experience in client relationship management within an agency
* Strong background in advertising and TV
* Skilled in proposal writing, project scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
* Commercially aware – able to report against revenue targets and support account growth strategies
* Passionate about advertising, and keeping up with the latest trends
