As Deputy General Manager, you'll work alongside the General Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and atmosphere. You'll play a key role in driving sales, managing costs, and maintaining an engaging, well-run environment for both guests and staff. What We're Looking For Proven experience in hospitality management within a quality orientated, busy, high-volume venue — ideally from a branded or premium background. A strong understanding of financial performance, including sales, profit, and budget control. A passion for food, drink, and great guest service. Excellent people skills with the ability to motivate, train, and lead a team by example. A creative, can-do attitude with a focus on both front-of-house excellence and back-of-house efficiency.
