Ensuring all food is prepared, produced, presented, and served at the correct service times to a high standard and correct quantities
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the running of daily operations
Maintaining a consistent high standard of fresh food
Assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen
Ensuring food is prepared to the correct recipe standard
Ensuring health and safety, hygiene and food safety regulations are followed in the kitchenThe successful Chef de Partie will have the following related skills / experience:
Previous experience working as a Chef De Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
Great eye for detail.
Food safety level 2 and food allergen certificate.
Great organisational skills.
