Full-time | Permanent About the Role We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions within our Bulk Purchase Annuities / Pensions Risk Transfer business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, shape solutions, and support delivery from concept to implementation. Acting as a catalyst for change, you'll combine analytical thinking with creativity to drive results, while mentoring others and promoting continuous improvement across the team. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-priority change initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and desired outcomes. Develop and recommend solution options aligned with business strategy. Support detailed design, build, testing, and implementation. Apply Agile techniques to deliver value iteratively and efficiently. Coach and mentor Business Analysts to build team capability. What You'll Bring Background in Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfer change delivery. Proven expertise in business analysis, design principles, and Agile practices. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in operating model design, solution development, and data-driven insight. Knowledge of project/change management and risk analysis.
