The role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Demand Planner to help shape the way we plan, forecast, and deliver for our customers. This is a pivotal opportunity where you’ll collaborate with teams across sales, supply chain, operations and finance to drive demand planning excellence and ensure our customers needs are met with precision and efficiency.
You won’t just be managing data, you’ll be using insight, innovation, and strategy to optimise inventory, improve processes, and influence decision making at every level.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and lead the demand planning process, delivering accurate forecasts and optimised inventory to support production.
* Analyse trends, historical data, and customer demand to drive improved forecast accuracy.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure forecasts align with business objectives.
* Incorporate trends, promotions, and new product launches into forecasting models.
* Develop, track and report on KPIs to measure forecast accuracy, inventory performance.
* Partner with supply chain and procurement to align demand forecasts with production capabilities.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes.
* Present insights, risks, and opportunities to senior management to support strategic decision making.
