Job Title: Property Solicitor
Location: Preston, Lancashire
Working Arrangements: 3-4 days in the office per week

Key Responsibilities
* Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for residential and commercial property transactions.
* Conduct title investigations, searches, and reviews to identify and address potential issues.
* Oversee property sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing processes.
* Provide legal advice on property law, planning regulations, and lease agreements.
* Handle property-related disputes, including boundary issues and landlord-tenant conflicts.
* Ensure adherence to anti-money laundering regulations and other legal requirements.
* Liaise with clients, agents, surveyors, and other professionals involved in transactions.
About You
* Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
* A Minimum 3 Years PQE within Property.
