We are working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its busy and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to step into a client-facing, autonomous role, handling high-quality privately funded work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will take ownership of a varied caseload of private family matters, including:
- Financial remedy
- Private children work
- Cohabitation and relationship breakdown matters
This is a role offering real autonomy - you will be trusted to manage your own files from instruction through to conclusion, while being part of an experienced and well-respected team.
There is also scope to:
- Work flexibly across locations and remotely
- Play a role in developing and growing the caseload
- Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers

You’ll be joining a team of experienced family lawyers working across multiple offices, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, privately funded family law services.

About You
This role would suit someone who:
- Has 5+ years’ PQE in family law and is confident managing a full caseload independently
- Has strong technical knowledge across private family matters and is personable, professional and client-focused

- Has a proactive and commercially aware approach
- Is interested in long‑term progression and development
