We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a busy and vibrant Japanese restaurant in Cheltenham. They are now looking for a confident and experienced Floor Manager to oversee front-of-house service and lead the team through busy, energetic services.

* £35,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Floor Manager…
* Overseeing day-to-day front of house operations and service delivery
* Leading and motivating the floor team during busy services
* Ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and consistent service throughout their visit
* Managing reservations, table flow and communication with the kitchen
* Maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation
You’ll be a great fit if you:
* Have previous experience in a supervisory or managerial front-of-house role
* Are confident leading a team in a busy restaurant environment
* Thrive in high-energy service and remain calm under pressure
* Have a natural, guest-focused approach to hospitality
