This is an exciting opportunity to support young people in developing the skills they need to live independently and thrive. Youll work across a varied rota that includes evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, supporting young people when they need it most. About the Services: Parkfield Hall (OFSTED Regulated) Supports young people aged 1625 in a scheme-based setting with 10 self-contained flats and a crash pad. The focus is on helping them gain essential life skills and transition to independent living. Norton Road (Non-Regulated) Supports young adults aged 18, providing tailored, person-centred support in a non-regulated setting to help them move into their own homes successfully.
