We have an opportunity for several out-of-hours helpdesk operators in the Catterick Garrison area. The role involves managing customer services and fault report logging on a database, with some interaction with site-based clients and building occupants. All training will be provided, and no prior experience is necessary.
The call centre will be based within the Garrison area, but most operators will have the opportunity to work from home depending on their circumstances and online services.
