We're now looking for a hands‑on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front‑of‑house team and maintain our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead, train, and motivate the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow
* Recruit, schedule, and develop team members to maintain performance and morale
* Monitor financial performance; including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control
* Drive revenue through effective upselling and excellent guest engagement
* Collaborate closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service
* Uphold the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation
* Handle guest feedback professionally, turning any issues into opportunities
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality hotel or restaurant
* Experience in fast‑paced venue is beneficial
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
* Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast‑paced environment
* Positive, professional, and team‑focused
